Hi, I’m Danielle.
You are not alone. I lived in survival mode for years, believing I always had to be “strong.” I thought caring for myself was selfish and always put myself last.
In 2013, I experienced the unexpected loss of my one-year-old son, Chase. One month into grief, I found out I was pregnant, and was introduced to the impact of stress and trauma on the body. This set me on a trajectory of learning how to care for myself holistically.
Since 2018 I have helped over 1,000 Black women live fully and become agents of healing in their circles of influence.
